Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Simple Habit Tracker, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service

Simple Habit Tracker lets you create habits, record completions, review progress, sync across supported devices, and share read-only tracker access with people you choose. Features may change as the service develops.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Sign-in services may be provided by Clerk, Apple, or another enabled identity provider.

4. Annual Subscription

Simple Habit Tracker is offered for $1.99 per year in the United States, billed annually through the Apple App Store. The price shown by Apple at purchase controls and may vary by country, currency, tax, or future pricing changes.

The subscription automatically renews unless canceled through your Apple account before renewal. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds under its terms. You can manage the subscription at Apple Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Simple Habit Tracker account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the habit information you create. You authorize us and our processors to store and process that information only as needed to operate the service. Export and deletion controls are available in the app and described on our Data Export page.

6. Sharing

When you share a tracker, the recipient may view the information you made available. Only share with people you trust. You can remove sharing access from the app.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, access another user's private information, or disrupt the service.
• Do not upload malicious code or misuse the sharing feature.

8. Health Disclaimer

The app is a general productivity tool and does not provide medical, mental health, or professional advice. Do not rely on it for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or safety-critical reminders.

9. Availability and Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of every feature, or that the service will meet every user's requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Habit Tracker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or respond to misuse. You may stop using the service at any time and permanently delete your account from the app settings.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when the app, pricing, or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
